Manhattan Connections is a day reporting center in partnership with the New York State Division of Parole, Harlem East Life Plan, and Phoenix House. This reentry initiative is designed to help prevent relapse and recidivism for the at risk parole population. The reporting centers are on-site at Harlem East Life Plan and Phoenix House. Participants will be offered assistance in areas such as: substance abuse, housing, education, job readiness, employment, group and individual counseling and parenting and life skills. A monthly report of the participant’s progress will be forwarded to parole officers, who will be immediately notified of any non-compliance.
